Welcome to RemedyView AR! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemedyView AR web application located at ar.aghosh.in (the "Service"), provided by Dr. Aghosh B Prasad ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Permitted Use: RemedyView AR is provided as an educational tool to help visualize symptoms described in H.C. Allen's Keynotes of Materia Medica using augmented reality technology. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only, subject to these Terms.
1.2. Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical or homeopathic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the code used in the Service to a human-perceivable form.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
1.3. Camera Access: The Service requires access to your device's camera to function. By using the Service, you grant permission for this access. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, camera data is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding remedy data derived from public domain sources like Allen's Keynotes), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dr. Aghosh B Prasad and its licensors (if any). The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indian copyright law and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress (including the name "RemedyView AR" and associated logos/icons) may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The homeopathic materia medica information presented is based on H.C. Allen's Keynotes, which is generally considered to be in the public domain. However, the specific selection, arrangement, and presentation within this application are subject to copyright.
3. Disclaimers
3.1. No Medical Advice: The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is **NOT** a substitute for professional medical or homeopathic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have seen or interpreted using the Service. In no event shall Dr. Aghosh B Prasad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to $0.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Aghosh B Prasad and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of courts of Trivandrum, Kerala, India, and governed by the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
